NO BIRTH

WITHOUT

RIGHTS

Our bodies.

Our labor.

Our dollars.

Our voices.

We Withhold is a collective act of rebellion.

We are women, womb-bearers, and allies refusing to give birth, give labor, give money, and give silence to a system that exploits us. For too long, we’ve been expected to give everything - our time, our energy, our bodies, our care - without protection, without respect, and without rights.

Now we are done complying.

This is not just a campaign. It is a movement.
And withholding is our power.

Meet the movement.

We Withhold was born from exhaustion. From burnout. From heartbreak. From watching the world rely on us while giving us nothing in return.

We are the backbone of households, classrooms, hospitals, offices, and communities. We are the unpaid caregivers, the underpaid workers, the consumers who drive the economy, and the emotional anchors of our families. And we are done being exploited.

We Withhold is a movement rooted in one truth: this system only works because we keep giving. So we’re stepping back - with intention, with courage, and with clarity.

We are withholding in four powerful ways:

1. Reproductive Refusal.
We refuse to bring children into a country that strips us of autonomy and safety. No birth without rights.

2. Labor Withdrawal.
We refuse to keep workplaces and households running while being underpaid, overworked, or disrespected. We are reassessing where our time and energy go.

3. Economic Disruption.
We refuse to keep fueling an economy that profits from our pain. We are redirecting our dollars away from corporations and systems that harm us.

4. Emotional Reclamation.
We refuse to keep giving our emotional labor to those who refuse to grow, listen, or care. We are taking back our energy and our boundaries.

This is how we reclaim our power.
Not through permission.
Through refusal.
We withhold.

This is where our power begins.

This petition is for everyone. Women, men, allies, partners, and anyone who refuses to stay silent while people are denied life-saving care.

We are calling for immediate federal protections for pregnant people facing medical emergencies. No one should be turned away from a hospital or left to suffer because of abortion laws or political interference.

But this is only the beginning. Emergency care is the floor, not the ceiling.

We are demanding the full restoration of reproductive rights in the United States. That includes legal access to abortion, the right to bodily autonomy, and protection from punishment or criminalization.

If you believe in freedom, safety, and choice, your voice matters here.

This movement is not just about changing laws. It is about reclaiming power.

We are calling on women and womb-bearers to take the We Withhold Pledge. This is a personal vow to stop giving where you are being harmed, depleted, or dismissed.

Withholding can mean stepping away from unpaid labor.
It can mean cutting back on spending.
It can mean protecting your energy.
It can mean choosing not to give your body to a system that denies your rights.

You choose what you no longer give.
This is your act of resistance.
Take the pledge.
